I liked to leave frtom the motel!

I honestly can not pick out anything that we liked about the hotel.

Everything from the staind carpets to the durty bedding, the moldy smell of the room, the coat hanger window latch, the missing light bulbs to the fire alarm hanging off the ceiling, and the fact that your hotel does not offer any form of whole or partial refund if you choose to leave the hotel within 5 minutes of entering your room

Lincoln motor inn needs a major ranovation and it is too old and needsnew funiture and windows.what is mention in the ad ,is not provide.we did not even had tv remote control.everythings needs new and the location is perfect and goog.

I was not at all happy about my stay everything was broken in the hotel room the towel holders and the fire alarm in the room .to make matters worse even th ice-machine.plus no microwave; not recomended if u have little children.

The closeness to everything, everything within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very nice, too.

It was pretty close to the falls. The size of the room was good.

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. Parking was not included. The entire place looked shabby. There was false advertising because the sign stated a spa (which I took as hot tub) hot tub was filled with dirt.

The services are not so good as you promise: the buffet, the pool ( with heat is in reality very cold ).

It was close to the wedding party I was attending...your receptionist was certainly pleasant, polite and I felt sorry for her having to listen to complaints of disgruntled customers...but she did so with a great deal of professionalism...and she is to be commended for that.

The rooms were dirty, with a missing fan in the bathroom, neither beds made nor carpet cleaned during the time the room was vacated by us...there were holes in the drapes. A hose was left after use outside my door all night...which certainly was a safety hazzard...the appearance outside was well maintained ...but the rooms and beds ...were not...the bedskirt was showing some of the box spring...and it looked very dirty...the comforters looked as if they had been washed and the stuffing was in lumps....over all...the place was a disaster...

Worst motel ever stayed in. First room we had, the a/c blew lukewarm air (no control knobs on unit). Second room a/c did very poor job of cooling. Had a "family" room. Had great difficulty opening hide-a-bed and once open found it was damaged. Room had water stains on ceiling, stains on carpet, dirt under hide-a-bed, broken dresser drawers (lived out of suitcases), no towel bars in bathroom, had to unplug floor lamp as it had no on/off knob, found one large spider in a wash cloth which was promptly killed. The advertised Spa was full of sand and dirt with yellow caution tape around it Many of the chairs around the pool had broken backs and/or arms. Considering the condition of this property, it was over priced including the $9 parking fee.

The jacuzzi had a rock and weed garden in it nothing like the pictures,had no toliet paper ,the door lock to our room was broke,the dresser was broke so you couldnt use it ,the carpet was dirty,no ice machine it was broke and the pool was dirty.and the &5.99 buffett didn't include drinks $2.89 for a cup of coffee,$2.49 For a bottle of water and they wouldn't give you a glass of water for free.i never payed attention to reviews before now I will.the office don't tell you about the shuddle pass your supposed to get from them we had to find out from someone else staying there and you have to pay to park your car in there parking lot even if your staying there $9.00 + tax over &10.00 to park your car + you have to pay for your room ,and they say free wifi but you can't stay connected long enough to do anything.i would not stay there again!!!!!! And I would not recommend it to anyone !!!!!!!!!! and you cant see the falls from to hotel like the pictures show,the pictures are very very mis leading!!!!!!!

Whent we came at about midnight there was not anybody at the reception, however we found a letter for us with a key and instructions

There is no washroom available anywhere outside rooms

Although this place is a good price they did charge me for extra charges on my credit card. If you do have to check out early the office does not open till 9. When talking to the GM to dispute fraudulent charges she is unwilling to refund the amount. I highly suggest that if you do decide to stay that make sure you leave when the office is open.

On our first night there the a/c did not work and the toilet did not flush. The rooms are in sad need of updating. The carpets are stained. The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff but the carpets and furnishings really need replaced. On the second day the receptionist gave us three keys to choose a room and the second night was more comfortable, but not ideal. They did not offer us any kind of deduction for our first night there. I would never stay there again.
